This artwork is inspired by a story on a drinking table with the farmers at Dong Nai. The farmers told Khoi about the well containing the water pump ran by gasoline that many people died in fire to operate and pump water for their gardens. The farmer, who was talking, was lucky to escape death, but the others were not so lucky. From that story, Khoi learned about the history of the 1980s and understood why the farmers here suffered so much. So he decided to make this work.
